At their April 2022 meeting, Councillors were presented with the draft accounts (income and expenditures) for 2021-22 against their budget, together with the agreed budget for the current year 2022-23.

Bill Dearns has arranged to borrow the Daventry litter picking kits on Sunday 3rd April. Meeting at the village hall for bacon butties at 9.30; with complimentary drinks available afterwards from 12 noon. All are welcome to help tidy the village and its approaches.

The Parish Council has used £1,000 of its CIL monies to upgrade the Defibrillator mounted upon the Preston Capes village hall.

Following our utility trial hole surveys in December 2021, we now have confirmed dates for the Banbury Lane closure to complete our highway crossing.
